Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search box operated by an outside provider, that entry passes to the provider so it can process the query. Catron County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s rules govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
